VITA SHINE pieces are prepared with secure packaging and careful handling. Many designs are made to order, so timing may vary by setting, stone size and destination.

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship pieces are normally prepared within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Made-to-order and customized jewelry may require additional production time before dispatch.

If your order includes a custom request, our advisor will confirm the expected timeline with you before production begins.

Shipping

Orders are shipped with tracking whenever available. Delivery time depends on your destination, local customs clearance and the courier service used for the shipment.

Import duties, customs fees or local taxes may be collected by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order details.

Customized, engraved, made-to-order and worn items are not eligible for general return unless there is a verified quality issue.
